This Facility Access API allow customers to request badges and visitor access for on-site visits for customers and temporary vendor visits for any DLR data center site.
This API provides the following functionality:
Get Permanent badge access to customer spaces for either new badges or adding or removing facility access
Get temporary Visitor access for New Visitors for vendors
Modify (add /remove) Visitor Access or update Start/End Dates
Update badge holder information
Terminate All Access
OSP Plant access request should be made through the portal.
