Remote Hands API

Remote Hands (RH) are a standard offering by Data Centers for on-site technicians to perform technical duties for equipment, inventory, and power.

DLR Remote Hands Services are supported by a qualified team of rapid response, 24/7 on-site technicians. These RH requests are either billed at an hourly rate or offered in packages with discounted rates.

This Remote Hands API allows the customer to submit Remote Hands requests for customer equipment at DLR Data Centers including:

• Create and submit Remote Hands requests
• Add comments to a Remote Hands request by ID.
• View Remote Hands requests either by a single Remote Hands request by ID or by a list.
